Hello, my name is Sue. I am a qualified psychotherapist with a Level 8 Honours Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College, Dublin. I am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and am fully insured to work with adults aged 18 and over.
With over three years of experience, I have supported clients through a wide range of life challenges and transitions. I offer a warm, friendly, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from different therapeutic methods to suit your individual needs, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to work alongside you, helping you explore emotional triggers, understand unhelpful thought patterns, and navigate whatever may be holding you back. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking clarity, therapy can offer a space for reflection, growth, and change.
