Linda-Mae offers her clients a warm, non-judgmental and safe space to explore the difficulties they might be experiencing in their lives or behavioural patterns they may want to change. Her approach is person centred and grounded in the belief that each person has an innate capacity for growth and healing. She aims to help people understand themselves better by integrating humanistic theories in her sessions, so they can grow and make choices that feel right for them.
