I work with clients who are depressed, anxious, stressed. Who are being bullied, are struggling with recovering from addictions, have relationship problems at home or at work, who are lonely, bereaved or have lost a partner or someone close through separation. Those who are suicidal or dealing with suicide of a relative or friend, those who are anxious about big and sudden changes in their lives. Student counsellors welcome.
I have lived through many of life’s major problems myself – it helps my clients and my work.
I deal with those and many other types of problems – just ask.
I have trained in Humanistic Person-Centred counselling, Reality Therapy/Choice Theory and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Spirituality, and also work with Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Trained in Bio Energy and Mindfulness.
