David practises integrative psychotherapy and counselling. He has experience helping clients suffering from various issues, including:

Anxiety and stress
Depression
Self-esteem and self-worth issues
Relationship and family problems
Existential anxiety and a lack of meaning
Obsessions and compulsions
Suicidal and self-harm ideation
Dyspraxia-related emotional and relational problems

He is available to work with adults both in-person and online.

Qualifications

David is a fully qualified and pre-accredited psychotherapist and counsellor with the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP). As such, he provides strict confidentiality and ethical practise. Also, he attends regular clinical supervision and continued professional development.

He completed a BSc (Hons) in Psychotherapy and Counselling at PCI College, achieving a First-Class Honours. He studied various therapeutic approaches, including humanistic, existential, cognitive-behavioural, and psychodynamic. He also holds a BA (Hons) in Journalism from DCU.
