As a Gestalt psychotherapist I offer people an opportunity to gain insights about themselves, their patterns and vulnerabilities as well as their strengths. People usually come to therapy because they feel stuck in one or more areas of life and feel that despite their best efforts they cannot improve the quality of their life in a substantial way. I feel committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients, assisting them in gaining awareness around their struggles, reaching valuable insights and providing fertile ground to make choices that enhance their lives. If I were to use a metaphor I would say that Gestalt therapy is like tidying up a messy room – it helps you see the clutter, understand how it got there, and decide what to keep and what to let go of.

I work with adults (age 18 and above) of all ethnicities, genders and sexual preferences. I have experience in working with Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement, Co-Dependency, Communication Issues, Dream Work, Isolation/Loneliness, Personal Development, Relationship issues, Self-Esteem, Shame,  Social Anxiety, Stress, Trauma, Work/Life Balance.

Outside of psychotherapy I am engaged in working with Focus Ireland, with high needs homeless families. I am passionate about theatre and arts in general. I have been involved in theatre work for over 10 years and have a large appreciation for creativity which I bring into my psychotherapy practice.
