Rosemary is over two decades working as a counsellor and humanistic integrative psychotherapist.

Rosemary brings extensive life experience from various fields to her work as a therapist; specifically financial and humanistic services; her passion for life and a deep understanding of the ebb and flow of life influences her therapeutic style. A unique perspective on life and the human condition has been influenced by her personal journey and time spent abroad which included roughly two years volunteering as an art therapist in Johannesburg and surrounding townships.

In her practice Rosemary has worked with individuals, couples and groups, specialising in trauma support including post-traumatic stress. She also offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy [CBT] as a means of working through issues such as depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, panic attacks, anxiety and phobias. Rosemary provides therapy and support for domestic and sexual abuse and worked for a time in the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre.

It is always Rosemary’s intention with each individual client, or couple, to nurture a collaborative dynamic that allows them use their own creativity and resources. Regardless of the duration Rosemary hopes to offer clients an awareness of whatever needs to be shifted or changed with small wins in the early stages of therapy contributing to long term gains.

Rosemary also provides supervision for students and accredited therapists.
